It typically takes our 3rd party fullfillment center two to five days to pick, pack and ship your order. The average estimated shipping time is between 7 to 14 business days. You should able to track your order status once it has been processed by our distribution center.

Does Blithetic Enterprises ship their products internationally?

Yes, we do ship international to many countries (See availability at the checkout). Please note due to the recent logistics disruption at the two busiest canals in the world, customers are advised that they are likely to experience delivery delays. We apoligized for any inconvenience this may cause for reasons beyond our control and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please note that for orders are shipped from our fullfillment centers and our partner warehouses around the world. Please liaise with your local customs authority in case you are unsure if any taxes, duty (prices displayed do not cover these) or import restrictions are applicable. Buyer assumes all responsibility for these charges.
If shipped packages are returned back to Blithetic Enterprises due to incorrectly entered shipping address by the customer or shipments were unclaimed by the customer, unfortunately, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items back.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email... What's going on?

Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site.

Will i get my item before _________?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we recommend you place your order as soon as possible, 2-4 weeks before the date the holiday is happening otherwise there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not to held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.

If there's an issue with your order - If it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we will give you a refund. you won't be asked to ship the product back to us.

Can I cancel my order?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offder exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

Please note that courier such as FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please set your mailing address to be a physical address to guarantee receiving your item.
